Juozas Miltinis was the creator of a new and unique actor preparation system in Lithuania. It was acknowledged as a revolutionary course in the field of theatre and cinema art of 1970 in Eastern Europe. It could only be compared to the schools of Charles Diulen's in France or Konstantin Stanislavskij's in Russia.
Juozas Miltinis had enormous influence on the East Europe actors' preparation for cinema. Famous film directors such as Andrey Tarkovskij and Vytautas Zalakevicius studied the fundamentals of his teachings.
